As soon as I chose the title of the note, I though about the Head & Shoulder commercial! But this note is not about healthy hairline….

There are days when nothing goes according to plan and you are trying hard to make things right but nothing changes. Usually a person going through this is really upset which is expected. I was that person but I changed. I started looking at myself and my reactions from a different perspective. I started experimenting with something that I thought was interesting. When I realized I was having a shitty day I would reset mentally and physically. Resetting mentally involved clearing out everything in my mind by indulging in something that I loved such as listening to music or solving a problem. If that didn’t work then I tried resetting physically like going for a run or walk, whatever was suitable at that time. After I had done these two things I resumed my day.

Most of the times your mind goes through something that has an adverse impact on it and upsets you. It becomes more interesting when you start thinking logically and try to interpret everything that went wrong that day, again, not emotionally but logically. Finally, you should clear your head with whatever crap that is in there that day. Life is too short for all that stuff.
